Project Description: Parkwood Industrial Estate (5224 88th Street, Delta, BC) is a master-planned industrial park offering build-to-suit facilities for logistics, manufacturing, and distribution. Within the estate, Martin-Brower Parkwood operates a dedicated foodservice facility that handles warehousing and distribution to supply local McDonald’s restaurants.

Project Description: This civil project delivers essential airfield infrastructure through initial site preparation, organic stripping, and precision tight-blading of the taxiway subgrade. It integrates subsurface pipe drainage with reinforced geogrid layers and compacted cement-treated gravel base (CGB) and crushed stone/gravel subbase (CSV) to ensure high-load structural performance.

Project Description: Comprehensive civil and structural site prep covering mass earth excavation, footing excavation/backfill, and underground electrical trenching. Includes Granular Type B access road construction, subgrade drainage installation with geofabric and drain tiles, and bulk backfilling backed by field soil density testing to ensure structural compaction standards.
